The Site, in its entirety, is protected by copyright and trade dress, with all worldwide rights, titles, and interests owned by Doctor Who Cosplay.
The Contents are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use, excluding the ability to purchase goods online. You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell, or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any manner, either in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.
Correction of Errors and Inaccuracies:

Return Policy:
Doctor Who Cosplay does not assume title to returned items until the item arrives at our fulfillment center. For more details about our return and refund processes, please refer to our Return Policy.

All sales of merchandise at reduced prices are final.
Fraud Prevention:
Doctor Who Cosplay takes fraud prevention seriously. We reserve the right to flag any online order for fraud prevention purposes, which may result in processing delays. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate contact information to avoid such delays. Orders with inconsistent information may also experience processing delays. Flagged orders may be withheld from processing pending clarification. Orders from new customers making above-average dollar amount purchases may be authorized to ship only to the billing address provided. Orders placed using unsupported or international credit card information may require confirmation of authorization.
User Submissions:
All comments, suggestions, feedback, ideas, and other submissions disclosed, submitted, or offered to Doctor Who Cosplay on or by this Site or otherwise disclosed, submitted, or offered in connection with your use of the Service (“Comments”) shall become and remain the property of Doctor Who Cosplay.

Doctor Who Cosplay is not responsible for and does not endorse the content of external links to outside services and resources. Any concerns regarding any such service or resource should be directed to the particular outside service or resource.
Indemnification:
By using the Site or Service, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Doctor Who Cosplay, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, consultants, agents, and representatives from any and all third-party claims, losses, liability, damages, and/or costs (including reasonable attorney fees and costs) arising from your access to or use of the Site, your violation of this Agreement, or your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity.
Governing Law:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Termination:
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or Doctor Who Cosplay. Doctor Who Cosplay may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice and accordingly may deny you access to the Site if, in Doctor Who Cosplay’s sole judgment, you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of the Agreement by either you or Doctor Who Cosplay, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.
